The yearbooks were published annually from 1903. This edition covers 1904 to 1941.

There is no 1919 volume: that year was covered by a combined 1918–19 edition. From 1915 onward each year was issued as two volumes, one for domestic and one for foreign companies; the viewer presents the domestic series.
